Consult your physician before using infrared sauna, cold plunge, and red light. Flowpresso is not recommended during pregnancy. Extreme temperatures during pregnancy can be hazardous.
I am sick, should I use the services at C-Suites?
In general, it is best to rest and hydrate when ill. Low temperature sauna and red light can be helpful in opening up the nasal passages and soothing the lungs, but best to wait until all fever and signs of flu like symptoms have passed.
Regular Sauna and Contrast therapy are effective in prevention and general wellness.
Can I bring a friend or family member?
Absolutely! Each suite holds up to 3 people. Our first time cold plungers do much better with an accountability partner!

We do not allow small children in the rooms for their safety. Older children are welcome to sit in the lobby or start their own wellness journey with you!
Can my child attend sauna and cold plunge sessions with me?
Children 8-15 may join a parent for brief sessions. Children have immature thermoregulation, therefore exposure to extreme temperatures should be short and increased slowly. All children age 8-17 must have a liability waiver on file, signed by a parent or guardian.
Do packages expire?
Yes, all drop-ins, packages and promos expire 12 months after purchase.

Contrast Therapy
What is Contrast Therapy?
Contrast therapy, also known as immersion therapy or hot/cold immersion, is a treatment that involves exposing the body to a contrast of temperatures, specifically, extreme heat and extreme cold. Using the concept of vasodilatation (which occurs in the heat) and vasoconstriction (which occurs in the cold), this treatment results in alternating the blood from flowing to the internal organs and extremities, which may help reduce swelling, inflammation, enhance your sleep, improve circulation, relieve depression and provide an overall sense of well-being.
What are the key benefits of Cold plunging?
-Reduced muscle soreness and inflammation
-Improved Mood & mental health
-Brown fat activation (increased metabolism)
-Enhanced Circulation & Cardiovascular effects
-Better sleep & stress reduction
-Immunity boost
What are the key benefits of Contrast Therapy?
-Enhanced circulation & blood flow
-Faster Muscle recovery and reduced soreness
-Stress relief
-Detoxification support
-Immune & resilience building
-Cardiovascular health boost
How cold are your cold plunge tubs?
We keep our tubs at 48-50 degrees. This sweet spot is cold enough to activate beneficial stress responses (like fat burning and dopamine release) but keeps you from entering survival mode, where risk of breath-holding and muscle tightening increases. Temperatures below 50 degrees provide a more challenging experience to push mental toughness as you condition and progress. We accommodate all levels of cold therapy, beginning, intermediate, and advanced.
How do you keep your cold tubs clean?
Our cold plunge tubs use Ozone sanitation, micron filtration and chlorine/ph balancers. NSF-50 certified 20-micron filter that captures fine particles, debris, hair and contaminants. The system filters continuously through Ozone and this filter. In addition, our staff carefully inspects and disinfects surface areas between customers.
*Clean customers are crucial to keeping the plunge pump system healthy, shower before plunging!
What is the best protocol when using the Contrast Suite?
Contrast therapy typically begins with heat and ends with cold.
-Shower to rinse off sweat, lotions and oils. Clean skin sweats best! Dry off well before entering the sauna.
-Sauna 10-15 minutes to trigger vasodilation and sweating.
-Rinse off & enter the plunge tub.
-Aim for 30 seconds to 1 minute, focus on long exhales to calm your mind and body.
-Dry off well and enter the sauna for another 10-20 minutes
-Repeat plunge aiming for a little bit longer than your first plunge!
This is an introductory protocol for beginners. Feel free to use your own protocol. Our staff will help guide your first session!
How often should I cold plunge?
10-11 minutes a week is the recommendation for cold exposure, but NOT in one session. We recommend that you build up to that recommendation at your own pace. Colder is not better when starting cold therapy. Start slow and build.
Infrared Sauna
What is an Infrared Sauna?
This type of sauna uses infrared heaters to emit an invisible spectrum of light to penetrate the skin and heat your body. Our saunas employ full spectrum infrared technology. This includes near-infrared (barely visible), mid-infrared (fully visible) and far-infrared (fully visible and felt as heat). Near infrared is typically 110-140 degrees fahrenheit and feels like the soothing warmth of the sun without harmful UV rays. Mid and far infrared is visible and puts off a noticeable heat allowing the saunas to go above 140 degrees.
What are the key benefits of using an Infrared Sauna?
-Relaxation & Stress Relief
-Pain Relief, chronic pain and muscle soreness
-Improved Cardiovascular health
-Detoxification via Sweating
-Skin Health & Rejuvenation
-Improved immunity
How often should I use the Infrared Sauna?
Frequent and consistent sauna use is safe. Beginners should aim for 2-3 shorter sessions a week, gradually increasing session length. Intermediate and advanced sauna users can tolerate longer sessions and more frequent use. Hydration is important, C-Suites sells water and LMNT packets at the front desk.
How hot are your Infrared Saunas?
Our full spectrum saunas can reach 175 degrees in perfect conditions, however we typically keep them between 145 and 165.
Research shows that temperatures over 150 degrees in an Infrared sauna does not improve therapeutic outcome.
Red Light Therapy
What is Red light therapy?
Also known as Photobiomodulation, red light therapy uses the red spectrum of light to stimulate cellular function and promote healing.
Red and near Infrared light penetrates the skin, absorbs into the mitochondria and boosts ATP (cellular energy). The boost of ATP reduces oxidative stress, releases nitric oxide for better blood flow, and modulates reactive oxygen species. Therefore increasing collagen production, reducing inflammation and enhances cell repair for tissue regeneration.
What are the key benefits of Red Light therapy?
-Skin rejuvenation & anti-aging
-Acne and Inflammatory skin conditions
-Hair growth
-Pain relief and reduced inflammation
-Wound healing & tissue repair
-Improved brain health & depression support
How often should I do Red Light therapy?
3-5 sessions a week for the first few weeks. 1-2 times weekly for maintenance.
What do I wear?
Red light will not penetrate clothing or makeup. Clean dry skin is best. Our red light room is private.
Flowpresso
What is Flowpresso?
Flowpresso is a one of a kind body wrap that applies deep pressure, compression and infrared heat. The suit is designed to relax the body, soften fascia, increase blood flow and stimulate lymphatic drainage. Each session lasts 40 minutes and is similar in benefits to a deep tissue massage. Hydration is important, drink plenty of water before and after your session.
Who should use Flowpresso?
Anyone struggling with anxiety, stress, swelling, loss of sleep, stagnant lymphatic or circulatory system. However, it is not recommended for use while pregnant.
What do I wear for Flowpresso?
The session is fully clothed, long pants, sleeves and socks. Soft fabrics are best.
